Confirmation:
Your reservation confirmation notice and information package will be mailed within two days.

Refunds:
If you made a deposit on your room and have to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded and mailed back to you within three days, if you give a 48 hour cancellation notice.

If there is any other arrangements we can make so that your stay will be more pleasurable, please let us know. (e.g. special diet, theater tickets, boat tours.)
